We work closely with many experienced Developers on the environment who give consideration to various issues when selecting and procuring land for development. We aim to minimise any harmful impacts on the countryside and try to seek where possible enhancements. All of the Developers who we work with, meet and where possible exceed, government targets for redevelopment of Brownfield land and also comply with all relevant legislation and regulations. During new or re-development projects the house builders we use minimise nuisance arising from construction activities and aim to prevent pollution on sites.
